Hydrostatic Pressure Tester Test (Water) Tank

The volume structure, filled with water, provides the necessary water environment for the hydrostatic pressure test and regulates the water distribution by maintaining the circulation of water within a specified temperature range. To keep the temperature constant, circulation heating or cooling is applied.

The locations of the heaters and the inlet and outlet points of the fluid used to circulate the water within the tank are designed by simulating the real tank’s experimental data in a computer environment, and the results have been approved through EU accreditation. This system is suitable for PPRC, PPH, PPB, PE, PVC, PE-RT pipes, and even composite pipes.
