The fixed blades, positioned at a tangential angle to the body, offer greater grip and maximize cutting capacity. The crushing chamber is protected with Hardox coating to prevent wear caused by abrasive plastics. This unique rotor blade arrangement, angular positioning, and multi-blade rotor star structure ensure high performance in size reduction processes.
The screw press hopper design enables plastics to be fed directly between the fixed and moving blades, ensuring even use of all blade surfaces. This design aims to achieve high performance, uniform crushing, and extended blade life.
