Plastic crushing machines are the most crucial component of recycling lines.

Increasingly used plastic-based materials (PE, UHMWPE, HDPE, HDXLPE, PEX, MDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, VLCPE, PP, PET, PVC, etc.) are crushed between rotary and fixed blades positioned at opposing angles, performing a complete scissor action. The initial movement from the electric motor is transmitted to the rotor via pulley and belt, initiating the crushing process. High efficiency with low energy consumption is achieved through the selection of rotor type, blade arrangement, and screen type based on the form and type of plastic material to be crushed.
