Privacy Policy

PLASTKEY may use information relating to Corporate Members on the Portal within the scope of this Membership Agreement and Appendix-2 (Privacy Policy), which forms an integral and inseparable part of this Agreement. PLASTKEY may disclose or use confidential information belonging to Corporate Members only under the conditions set out in this Privacy Policy.
The Corporate Member acknowledges, represents, and undertakes that, where acting as a Buyer in relation to a listing, they shall log in to their member account in order to communicate with the Seller, and agrees that their telephone number may be shared with the Seller for this purpose.

Any data entered into the Portal by the Member, including data that may constitute personal data, shall be collected and processed by PLASTKEY within the scope of this Membership Agreement for the purposes of operating the Portal, providing its functions, services, and content, and for the purposes stated above.
PLASTKEY reserves the right to amend its Personal Data Protection Policy, as well as any other policies, procedures, contractual provisions, or terms of use relating to personal data, at any time. Such amendments shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Portal. The Member is responsible for monitoring these changes and shall have no right to make any claim or seek compensation from PLASTKEY in connection with such amendments.

The Member agrees to use any information accessed through the Portal solely for the purposes for which it has been disclosed by another Member or by PLASTKEY.
The Member further acknowledges, represents, and undertakes that they are solely responsible for the protection, processing, transfer, and any other handling of personal data belonging to Users or third parties obtained through the Portal, including full compliance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 6698 – KVKK).
The Member acknowledges that PLASTKEY has no obligations or liabilities under the KVKK regarding any personal data other than the personal data that PLASTKEY is required to collect through its own systems for the operation of the website.
Should the Member violate their obligations regarding the protection of personal data, or unlawfully process, transfer, or otherwise handle personal data, and such actions result in a violation causing PLASTKEY to suffer any loss, damage, administrative fine, or legal liability arising from decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board, administrative authorities, or courts, the Member irrevocably undertakes to compensate PLASTKEY in full, in cash, and upon first demand.

If the Member is a natural person residing in a Member State of the European Union, the Member acknowledges, represents, and undertakes that the processing of their personal data shall be governed exclusively by Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), its secondary legislation, and the decisions and regulations of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
The Member further agrees that Turkish domestic law shall apply to all legal disputes without reference to any conflict-of-law rules, that Directive 95/46/EC and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union shall not apply, and irrevocably waives any right to invoke the conflict-of-law provisions under the Turkish Act on Private International and Procedural Law.

The Member acknowledges that personal data made publicly available through their PLASTKEY membership and/or published listings may be indexed, stored, processed, and displayed by Google or other search engines and similar indexing systems.
The Member further acknowledges that PLASTKEY has no involvement, contribution, or responsibility for such indexing activities and shall not be liable for any processing, transfer, storage, or indexing of publicly available personal data carried out by search engines or similar systems.
The Member agrees that any requests concerning such indexed personal data shall be directed to the relevant data controllers, including but not limited to Google, other search engines, indexing services, or any natural or legal persons operating such systems.
6.
If the Member voluntarily publishes any special categories of personal data (sensitive personal data) through the PLASTKEY Portal, whether by posting a listing or for any other reason, the Member acknowledges, represents, and undertakes that:

such sensitive personal data has been made publicly available by the Member's own action;

PLASTKEY may use, process, or transfer such publicly disclosed sensitive personal data solely to the extent consistent with the purpose for which it was made public; and

the Member understands and accepts that such processing activities shall not constitute a violation of applicable law.
