UM 2000 On Edge Automatic Feeding Biscuit Packaging Machine

The UM 2000 On Edge Automatic Feeding Biscuit Packaging Machine is a fully integrated packaging line for all types of biscuits, including cream-filled and chocolate-coated biscuits. Horizontal products coming randomly from the production line are oriented vertically and initially transferred to accumulation channels. These products are then dropped into adjustable magazine slots using a free-fall technique and packaged according to the desired packaging size.

With E-motion control, the machine features an automatic reel transfer system, product length adjustment, photocell adjustment, recipe systems, and other special applications, all easily accessible via the touch screen. The automation feeding system offers reduced labor requirements, lower costs, and higher profitability.
