01 Description

The K1PE-S series, featuring extremely simple operation, ensures easy and secure packaging of single or tray products made from various materials such as plastic, metal, glass, wood, and cardboard. It is utilized in a wide range of industries including food products, cosmetics, chemicals, medical, paint, automotive, white goods, cables and electrical materials, and printing.

02 Application

The operator manually places products on the roller conveyor, pushes them into the sealing bar area, and presses the button to close the shrink film. The new product pushes the previous product into the shrink tunnel. Inside the tunnel, the polyethylene film tightly wraps around the product with the heat, and at the tunnel exit, the fan cools it down, allowing the film to take the shape of the product. This process not only provides an excellent appearance but also protects products from abrasion, scratches, and dust during storage and transportation.
