The BOSS SB Series 0.5-1.5 liter fully automatic rinsing, filling, and capping 3-in-1 monoblock machines are part of the mid-capacity filling group. They feature 24 rinsing, 24 filling, and 8 capping heads. The machine has a capacity of 12,000-14,000 bottles per hour for 0.5 liters and 9,000-10,000 bottles per hour for 1.5 liters. Like all other BOSS series machines, it is equipped with patented hygienic nozzles that fill without touching the bottle. The capping group uses top brands like AROL or ZALKIN. It requires no parts or adjustments during bottle size changeover, which can be completed in just 10 minutes. All materials are CE-certified, made in Europe and Japan, and constructed from 304 stainless steel. The frame is 14 mm thick, and the areas that come into contact with ozonated water are made of 316 stainless steel.
