01 Description

The CS-F series, compatible with demanding production units, allows significant savings in labor and time. In addition to being added to production and packaging lines, it also operates as a standalone unit. The continuous cutting automatic shrink packaging machine, using servo motor technology, offers perfect solutions for the flawless packaging of products of various sizes thanks to its side sealing system.

02 Application

Products transported on the conveyor are transferred to the cutting area. The open side of the products is sealed with the servo-controlled hot jaw and side sealing system. The products are then transferred to the shrink tunnel via the discharge conveyor. Inside the tunnel, the shrink film tightly wraps around the product and conforms to its shape. The resulting packaging not only enhances the appearance of the product but also protects it from abrasion, scratching, and dust during storage and transport.
