Disan Bale Presses are produced to suit different bale sizes and speeds, with pressing powers ranging from 6 tons to 200 tons. These presses are designed to bale a wide range of materials such as paper, PET, nylon, plastic, wood, sacks, tin, fiber and textile waste and offer a variety of operating options, including fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual. Solid Waste (MSW) is the waste generated as a result of domestic and commercial activities in cities. The content of these wastes may vary greatly depending on the geography, climate and economic and social development level of that country. Generally, waste is a heterogeneous mixture of mostly recyclable and some non-fermentable (inorganic) materials. The remaining wastes are organic wastes that can be processed by stabilization, composting or anaerobic digestion. Detailed profile analysis of the waste input is necessary for optimum sizing of the facility, and thanks to this analysis, customers can be offered waste processing facilities with maximum efficiency.
