Erkalıp has significant experience in shaping sheets that require high strength, especially in vehicles. In addition, there is a strategic solution partnership with PSA for exterior panel sheets (side doors, roof, hood, etc.).
Our company has the capability to produce molds up to 4.5 meters and has the opportunity to test molds with presses up to 1500 tons for molds up to 5 meters. While Erkalıp mainly produces robot-lined tandem molds, there has been a recent focus on Transfer and Progressive molds.
