Medical Hose Machine

Our Compact Medical Hose production line has a capacity of producing 1200 meters of product per hour.

This fully domestically manufactured line is designed to meet the highest quality standards.

The entire system is managed through a single PLC panel.

APM 25 Medical Hose Machine (Corrugator)

Operating Principles: Raw material (PP – PE) is loaded at a rate of 20 kg per hour and is automatically drawn.

Temperature settings are automatically adjusted on the PLC screen based on the type of raw material (PP – PE) from 180 degrees to 250 degrees.

The machine allows for necessary operating adjustments to be made within approximately 1 hour, initiating the heating process.

An operator continuously monitors the machine.

Once the settings are configured, operation begins.

Automatic cutting measurements are adjusted according to the thickness of the product to be produced. Continuous, non-stop production occurs at the desired speed for 24 hours.

Meanwhile, air and cold water pressure settings are adjusted. These depend on the raw material (Minimum: cooling below 10 – 15 degrees, air pressure 6 – 8 bar).

All these systems are integrated, allowing for automatic adjustments.
