Accumulator Head Plastic Blowing Machine
Accumulator Head Plastic Blowing Machine
Accumulated Head Blow Molding Machines (AHBM) are a type of blow molding equipment used to produce hollow plastic containers such as bottles and jerrycans. The process involves placing a heated plastic parison (a hollow tube) inside a mold and inflating it with air to shape the final product.
In AHBM machines, molten plastic is delivered to an accumulator, where it is stored temporarily. Multiple extruder heads feed plastic into the accumulator, which then evenly distributes the material across the mold through the heads. This ensures consistent wall thickness throughout the container, which is essential for maintaining the structural integrity and durability of the final product
