These insulation lines can adapt different types of extruders based on the type of insulation material, production speed, and cable cross-section. The entry and exit accumulators ensure that the conductor tension is controlled independently of the line speed, preventing changes in conductor diameter during the insulation process. Additionally, the insulation diameter is continuously monitored by PLC, independent of the line speed. The hydraulic dual pay-off and dual high-speed take-up systems prevent vibration at high speeds, ensuring continuous production.
