The AGOREX extruder machine is used for recycling waste plastic into raw material. It melts plastic material by bringing it to its melting point under heat and high pressure, turning it into usable raw material.

The extruder machine is designed and manufactured with the latest technology, considering the type and capacity of the material to be processed, including screw diameter, length-to-diameter ratio, number of degassing zones, and feeding type. Depending on the type of material to be processed, it can handle capacities from 100 to 2000 kg/hour and produce screws with diameters ranging from Ø85mm to Ø160mm. Special screw and feeding designs are made for LDPE, HDPE, PP, PS, ABS plastics, as well as for solid, film, and foam forms.

To extend the screw life, bimetal welding is applied to the screw. Additionally, screws and barrels are subjected to nitriding treatment to increase their hardness. The vacuum system used purifies harmful gases within the material, which are then discharged in compliance with European standards.

Thanks to the inverter-controlled (variable speed) agglomerate and main screw motor, materials with different hardness and densities are granulated at the same pressure and capacity. Specially designed ceramic heaters keep the heat within the granulation machine, reducing initial heating time and ensuring continuous energy savings. The cooling system on the heaters allows for different temperatures to be set in various regions of the machine.
