This is a perforated, horse-powered machine for cutting garbage bags in 2 or 3 lines. It features a paper tape unit for winding. To increase welding speed at high speeds, it has a MOBERT-patented special jaw movement system. Additionally, it is equipped with a special jaw system designed for welding very thin films. The extremely stable jaw system, which stitches with Ni-Chrome wires, includes a closed-circuit cooling system. The jaw temperature is maintained between 30-40 °C during production. The stacking system is MOBERT PATENTED and cutting is done with a saw-type cold cutting blade. Production data and bag lengths can be digitally adjusted on the screen. For continuous production and high production speeds, it has a six-axis strapping unit and a conveyor winding unit.

The entire line can be controlled via a computerized electronic system. In case of any faults or alarms, the cause can be investigated and controlled through instructions displayed on the monitor.

Optional features such as photocell, additional folding, and accordion units can be provided according to customer demand.
