SHD Series Raw Material Dryers are devices that heat plastic raw material to facilitate drying. In contrast to the central system drying method, where contamination and re-moisturization are encountered in raw material transfer, SHD dryers achieve higher efficiency by drying at the raw material feeding point of the processing machine.

With the microprocessor control present in all models, fast heating and precise P.I.D. temperature control are ensured. The microprocessor control device can perform functions such as adjusting heating temperatures, setting the required time for automatic startup, and detecting errors. The high-temperature protection thermostat prevents the material from burning.
