Technical details:
Suitable Materials: This machine can work with a variety of materials such as LLDPE, LDPE, MLDPE, HDPE, EVA, CPP, OPP, PP, PE and PA. Heavy-duty bags can be produced from roll to roll using these materials.
Film Thicknesses:
Minimum: 40 microns (2x20 microns - Double layer Pipe form).
Maximum: 1000 microns (2x500 microns - in tube form or 4x250 microns - in bellows tube form).
Film Lengths:
Minimum: 5cm (50mm).
Maximum: 9999.9 cm (999999 mm).
Control Panel: PLC controlled operator control panel includes touch TFT screen.
Coil Holders: Single unwinder, double winder with air shaft.
Resistance Wires: Three separate resistance wires (heaters) are controlled independently by a digital impulse system. These are divided into 1st heater, 2nd heater and 3rd heater and the following combinations are possible:

Other Features:
Only perforation can be done without welding.
Only transfer is possible without metering.
A maximum diameter bobbin of 950 mm can be loaded on the unwinding shaft and a maximum diameter of 600 mm can be loaded on the winding shaft.
A maximum of 300 kg of bobbin weight can be loaded on both shafts.
Shaft (winder/unwinder) diameter: Outer diameter 70 mm, inner diameter 76 mm (for cardboard bobbin).
