RUBBER COATING We provide services with various materials in the field of rubber coating; these include Hypalon, Nitrile (NBR), Neoprene, Viton, Ebonite, Hydrogenated Nitrile, EPDM and Silicone. Our specially formulated mixtures as ÖNEK KARUÇUK offer features such as resistance to high temperatures and chemicals, mechanical durability, and resistance to high pressure and force. We also develop formulas specific to our customers' needs, taking into account antistatic properties. We stand out with our capacity to produce high quality rubber coating suitable for harsh working conditions. Our hardness range is between 25-100 SHA (0-100 pj.) and 45 ShD - 85 ShD. Our production capacity reaches up to Ø1600 mm x 5000 mm.
