As indicated by the logo beneath our products, we always use top-quality raw materials (Polyethylene Terephthalate) in our plastic products. Upon request, laboratory analyses and certifications of our raw materials are shared with our customers. For cap products, we use food-grade raw materials such as HDPE, PP, and LDPE.
All our productions are carried out in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 2000 quality standards. Deliveries are shipped with analysis reports based on customer requests. Each product manufactured for an order undergoes chemical and physical testing. Products coming off the production line are transferred to the testing and quality control departments via conveyors.
During the quality control process, products are subjected to automated tests, and those that do not meet the standards are automatically removed from the line. The testing machines apply pressure to each product, conducting stress and leakage tests.
