Mold conditioning units are used to increase and maintain the temperature of molds at a stable level. They can also be utilized in various similar applications.

High-temperature water exiting the mold is directly cooled and then directed to pipe heaters with the help of a high-pressure pump, where it is heated to a consistent temperature.

With an optimized design, it can heat up to a range of 95°C to 120°C. These mold conditioners provide accurate, reliable, and cost-effective process temperature control with ±10°C precision, thanks to their microprocessor-based PID temperature control.
