Rigid And Film Recycling Lines (PE-PP)

Lines used for recycling scrap plastics of Polyethylene (LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE) and Polypropylene (PP) types are designed to be suitable for the recycling of rigid and film-form dirty plastic waste. These lines are among the most preferred ones in the recycling industry. Machines forming Rigid and Film Recycling lines and the technical specifications of these machines are selected based on the pollution density, types of pollutants, and hourly production capacity of the plastic to be recycled.

Plastics separated into rigid or film form according to their shape are shredded in the first stage of the Recycling Line with a Shredder. The shredded plastics are transferred to the Washing section without human touch using a suitable transport unit.

In the Washing section, a sufficient amount of Washing Centrifuge, Float Sink Tank, and Turbo Washing Centrifuge are used to clean the waste plastics and automatically separate heavy pollutants (such as PET, PVC, heavy plastics, glass, metal bottle caps, iron coins, etc.) from water. Cleaned plastics are dehydrated in Film Squeezing Machine, Turbo Drying Centrifuge, or Dynamic Drying Centrifuge according to their forms. Shredded, washed, and dehydrated plastics are transferred to the Balancing Silos for the granule extrusion process.

In the Granule Extrusion process, plastics are transformed into reusable recycled granules. Using a fully automatic, PLC-controlled CRT Compacting Extruder, plastics undergo both compaction and extrusion in a single stage. At the end of the extrusion process, the molten plastic passes through a precise filtering process and is automatically cut into granule form in the Granule Cutting Machine. The produced granules are transferred to the Granule Storage Silos or Big Bag Filling Station according to the production capacity of the Recycling Line via pneumatic transfer.
