Product Description
Agglomeration Machine – Compact and Efficient Solution in Recycling
Function:
Agglomeration machines convert loose plastic materials into compact chips suitable for feeding into extruders. This process enhances efficiency and ensures smooth material flow in recycling lines.
Design and Operation:
The system features a cylindrical chamber equipped with four rotating and eight fixed blades. Friction between the blades generates heat, softening the plastic. After a water shock is applied, the semi-melted material solidifies and is discharged as chips via a pneumatically controlled outlet.
Material Processing Workflow:
-
Frictional heating
-
Rapid cooling via water shock
-
Pneumatic discharge in chip form
