Agglomeration Machine
The agglomeration machine is used for recycling plastic film waste.
High-speed rotating blades within the drum heat and shred the film through friction. The plastic is then shocked with a small amount of water, causing it to densify and become reusable.
These densified plastics can either be processed into raw material in a granule machine or used directly as flakes.
Agglomeration models are available with drum diameters ranging from Ø600 to Ø1500 mm. The sheet thickness is 12 mm, and the capacity ranges from 100 kg to 1000 kg.
The machine features one rotating palette, a varying number of fixed blades depending on the drum diameter, and two rotating blades. The agglomeration blades are made from DIN 1.2379 material and are hardened through special heat treatment processes.
At the end of the process, the plastic material is discharged by opening a pneumatic lid.
