Product Description
LDPE is a polymer produced through the high-pressure process of polyethylene (1600 atm and 200°C in tubular reactors).
Compared to HDPE, LDPE has a highly branched molecular structure, resulting in lower crystallinity. Therefore, its hardness and durability are lower, and its chemical resistance is limited. However, it offers higher impact resistance. LDPE is suitable for use between -40°C and 70°C, with a density of 0.91-0.92 g/cm³.
