Produced at our facility in Sakarya 3rd Organized Industrial Zone, it undergoes multi-step chemical processes starting with high-quality zinc ingots and powders. In rubber compounds, zinc oxide particles react with surrounding chemicals only through their surface, making the surface area the key factor for reactivity rather than mass.
MELOS Active Zinc Oxide types have a surface area of up to 70 m²/g, enabling faster and more efficient reactions. It offers superior chemical properties compared to traditionally produced zinc oxides. Its spherical particle structure ensures more effective dispersion within the compound.
