MAAG Group has completed the acquisition of Cloeren Incorporated, the US-based specialist in extrusion dies and feedblocks for polymer processing.
Cloeren designs and manufactures custom extrusion slot dies and feedblocks used in film, sheet and coating applications. The company has manufacturing operations in the United States and Austria and serves customers across global plastics markets.
By bringing Cloeren into the MAAG business unit, MAAG is expanding its portfolio of integrated technologies for polymer processing. The combination connects Cloeren's extrusion die expertise with MAAG's existing capabilities in pumps, filtration, pelletizing and other polymer processing systems.
The transaction reflects continued consolidation among technology suppliers as plastics processors increasingly look for integrated production solutions from fewer equipment partners.
