Balcan Innovations is expanding its North American manufacturing footprint with new extrusion capacity at its Pleasant Prairie facility in Wisconsin.
The company's recent investment program includes advanced multilayer film extrusion equipment designed to increase production capability for flexible packaging and technical film applications. Balcan has also been investing in printing and additional manufacturing infrastructure across its North American operations.
The expansion reflects continued demand for locally produced flexible films and the industry's move toward higher-performance multilayer structures, wider web production and more efficient manufacturing systems.
