EPS 0507F

EPS 0507F is an Expandable Polystyrene (EPS) product with a spherical grain structure containing flame retardant additives and expanded using pentane. Used as a high quality insulation and packaging material, this product shows effective expansion performance in certain density ranges.

Process Recommendations:

EPS 0507F can be expanded to reach densities between 22 kg/m³ and 33 kg/m³ in a single inflation.
After pre-inflating, it is recommended to rest the product in the silo for 5 to 15 hours, depending on the type and amount of blowing agent, environmental conditions and process conditions.
