Product Description
At the core of polymer extrusion technology are extruder machines. These machines melt and compress the raw material fed from the top hopper, advancing it through the system. As a result, the plastic raw material both melts and compresses to reach the desired density.
Our extruders provide maximum control capability to the user through melt pressure gauges, temperature sensors, and touch control panels. Generally, single-screw technology is used for PE and PP pipe lines, while twin-screw technology is used for PVC and PVC compound products.
