FLYER Automatic Air Ring and Performance FLYER is a new generation automatic air ring specially developed for high performance and efficiency. Lifting the four-lip automatic upper air ring by elevators almost doubles the performance of the production line, while providing improvements in film quality and physical properties such as tear resistance, gloss, stretch and especially puncture resistance. As the FLYER reaches its maximum height, the expansion of the balloon increases, providing effective cooling over a large surface area. It maintains stability by providing gradual airflow to specific areas around the balloon, and the fourth downward directed lip enables airflow at the bottom. This automatic thickness improvement system not only facilitates the production process, but also allows the highest product quality to be achieved with state-of-the-art imaging features.
