One of the latest innovations in our packaging production is the ability to hot-fill plastic jars made from PET material at temperatures up to 95°C. This enables the application of pasteurization to the filled products. Another key feature is the special base design, which allows the packaging to form a vacuum seal.

In current applications, PET packaging used for products like tomato paste, jam, olives, and pickles can only withstand temperatures up to 60°C-65°C. However, our advanced packaging, with its vacuum-capable base, can handle fillings up to 95°C.

Thanks to the production technique, design, and especially the unique base structure of our packaging, we can fill products like tomato paste, jam, olives, and pickles at temperatures up to 95°C, allowing for pasteurization. With a mouth diameter of 110 mm, the crystallization process (a hardening treatment applied to the neck of the packaging) can be performed. The vacuum-capable base also allows our packaging to undergo the same processes applied to glass containers.
