ERBAY Chiller Units are designed in our factory, which operates under the EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, to withstand outdoor conditions and deliver the specified chilled water outlet temperatures. Our chillers are delivered ready for installation with all pipe and cable connections, gas and oil filling, and necessary tests completed. Our units comply with European Union directives and relevant harmonized standards regarding health, safety, and security requirements.

• Main Frame: The base frame is made of galvanized steel with suitable thickness and detachable connections to support the unit's weight. The casing and panel sheets also use galvanized steel of appropriate thickness and are oven-coated after manufacturing.

• Cooling Compressor: Scroll, hermetic, or semi-hermetic piston compressors are used.

• Condenser: The air-cooled condenser uses high-efficiency copper tubes with specially profiled aluminum fins, maximizing heat transfer.

• Fan: High-efficiency axial fans, with overload protection, silent bearings, and static and dynamic balancing, are mounted to condense the refrigerant in the condenser.

• Evaporator: Shell & Tube-type direct expansion evaporators are made with high-efficiency copper tubes fitted into steel mirror plates; the removable tube bundle allows easy maintenance and cleaning.

• Electrical Control Panel: Equipped with adequate contactors, thermal relays, fuses, and switches to ensure fully automatic and safe operation.

• Electronic Control System: The electronic control system allows monitoring of water inlet-outlet temperatures, compressor and pump operation times, and system malfunctions on a digital display, ensuring optimal efficiency.

• Chilled Water Pump and Tank: A pump selected to match the pressure losses of the installation and an insulated cylindrical water tank are integrated into the unit for water circulation.

• Cooling Circuit Elements: The unit includes elements such as a dryer-filter, sight glass, thermostatic expansion valve, solenoid valve, and high and low-pressure switches to ensure safe and automatic operation.
