SS Series Runner Receiver Robots

The SS Series Sprue Picker Robots are designed for sprue picking in plastic injection machines ranging from 50 to 250 tons. The SS Series can also pick products based on the shape and characteristics of the product.

General Features

• The main arm is equipped with an easily adjustable mechanism to place the part in front of or behind the injection machine.
• Its compact design ensures easy assembly and disassembly.
• Its robust and sturdy structure allows for low-vibration sprue and/or product picking.
• Parts can be picked from the injection machine using the appropriate gripping apparatus.
• The rotation angle can be adjusted between 50° and 90°.
• Soft deceleration and positioning are provided by multiple guides on the horizontal and vertical axes.
• A safety mechanism prevents sudden drops on the vertical axis.
• A vacuum part gripper is optional.
